The Maze Runner book and movie review

Almost every book I read is made into a movie. The Maze Runner is no exception. The book was amazing and yeah the movie wasn't bad but the last half of the movie just ignored the book. It was totally different and that was really disappointing. But let's talk about the book first.

Thomas wakes up in a elevator and he can only remember his name. When the elevator goes up and opens above him he sees boys. Only boys. He is welcomed (rudely) by the boys and they tell him that he is in a place called the Glade. As he looks around he sees large stone walls, those large stone walls are the beginning of the maze. They only know that the maze opens in the morning and closes at night. Thomas gets a tour by Alby and learns about the differents tasks that are assigned to the Gladers. Thomas finds out that there are runners and he wants to be one of them. Runners are the Gladers who are going into the maze. They are trying to get out of the Glade and they think that the exit is in the maze. One day the elevator opens and they see the first girl in the history of the Glade. She is unconcious and when they lift her up they see that she has a note that says: "She is the last one". After her nobody will come up the elevator again.

Minho the head of the runners and Alby went into the maze because they were looking for the Griever (a very creepy animal robot thing who's sting can kill, yeah not so pretty) that is dead. They learned that the antidote to a Griever sting revives small bits of memory. Well they find out that the Griever isn't dead and Alby is stung. Minho runs off. Meanwhile Thomas sees everything and runs into the maze and saves both Alby and Minho. After a meeting Thomas becomes head runner.

The runners find out WICKED the creepy people who put them in the Glade. A lot of people die and some survive (WARNING: you will get feels, yeah it gets emotional yay! -_-) But you've gotta find out what happens!

Then the movie... They just abandoned characters and changed plots. It's not a bad movie tho if you haven't read the books but when you did read the books it's just kinda disappointing. Plus they just threw in some special effects. No special effects don't always make the book better. But I have got to say that it was a very good choice to choose Dylan O'Brien as Thomas. I mean he's hot and an amazing actor. I just wish that it was someone's job is to hit the director, the producer and the scriptwriter on the head with the book they are trying to make a movie of when they want to change the plot. I know that they can't put everything in the movie because otherwise it will become too long, but really I don't mind. Yeah I will probably sit in the theatre for 6 hours if that means that every little detail is there. 

After all this all I wanted to say was, read the book. Really the books is amazing!

Our Christmas To-Do/Bucketlist

Hi everybody, today we made a To-do/Bucketlist. In the next month we are going to try to do everything on the list and film/photograph us doing it.
So this is our list:

1. Make and decorate a gingerbread house.

2. Build a snowman. #DoYouWannaBuildASnowman.

3. Watching Christmas movies with hot cocoa.

4. Make DIY Christmas cards for our friends.

5. Setting up and decorate a Christmas tree.

6. Sing-A-Long with Christmas songs.

7. Go sledding.

8. Make snow angels.

9. Bake Christmas things. It can literally be anything cookies, cupcakes, pie, pudding, anything.

10. Go ice skating.

Short girl pros and cons (but mostly cons)

Hi everyboy, so Chayenne and I (Michelle) are actually pretty short. Now being short has some benefits but mostly there are problems. Today we are name a few of them. Hi everybody, so we're kinda addicted to Youtube haha. Today we wanna talk about our Youtube crushes.

1. Connor Franta
I mean how can you not like him? He's funny and his eyes... He's also very hot and single;).

2. Joe Sugg "Tatcherjoe"
I (Michelle) had a crush on Joe ever since I saw his videos. He's so funny and cute like wow. He's is very hot too. He's just amazing. He's also single yeeeeeeessssssss!

3. Alfie Deyes "Pointlessblog"
Alfie is very funny and cute, but let's face it Alfie and Zoë aka "Zalfie" are to cute together.

4. Marcus Butler
Our best friend Eva has a crush on him so no we couldn't skip him. I understand why she likes him tho, he is very funny but also very much in a relationship with Youtuber Niomi Smart.

5. Joey Graceffa
Joey is extremely cute. I mean look at that face "Goodness Gracianious". I sometimes do ship him with Shane tho. They are cute together but they are not gay so...

6. Dan Howell "Danisnotonfire"
Dan is so funny and sarcastic, which is typically my (Michelle) humor. So yeah I like him (Chay doesn't...) he's just funny and hot okay?

7. Jack and Finn "Jacksgap"
The twins Jack and Finn are two pieces of perfection. Like god made one and thought wow he's perfect let's make another one!

8. Caspar Lee
The funny Youtuber from Afrika! I need someone from mean girls to say: "You're from Afrika? But you're white." and then "OMG you can't ask peolple why there white." Take a look at the video that Tyler Oakley made: The YouTube burnbook. You will laugh pinky promise!

Harry Potter "Always"

Hi guys! :)

So about a week ago I bought a really nice Harry Potter shirt. The shirt is actually a sleep shirt but I'm probably gonna use it as a regular shirt too. Tomorrow I'm going into town with Chayenne and I think I'm going to buy the other part of the payjama because well it's cute.

I love this shirt because 1 it's Harry potter and 2 it was very cheap! Like 7 euro's. Normally the fandom shirts are very expensive so a big thanks to the Primark!




















I like the front of the shirt because GRYFFINDOR and the sleeves are very cute.





















I like the idea of the back but it would be cool if you can actually choose who you want on your back because now it's just all Harry Potter... I like Ron better... DON'T JUDGE ME!

SHIPS! #TheLifeOfAFangirl

Hi guys, maybe you're familiar with the words ship and canon. And we are not talking about real ships like boats, but like relationSHIPS or friendSHIPS! When you ship two people you want them to be in a relationship or a friendship. Canon means that they are officially in a relationship.
Maybe you're also familiar with the word Fanfiction. Well that is when you make stories about everyone en everything. Really you can find everything! If you want to read about potatoes well you probably have a story for that to. On the site fanfiction.net are a lot of stories about ships. Like if you ship Ron and Hermione from Harry potter, you can read stories about them. And a lot of people who write these stories are actually very good. It's hard to make a whole story! Especially when people know them! Like if you make a mistake you're screwed, because people will know. You can't say Ron has brown hair. Like how about no! There is such thing as OTP (one true pairing) but I don't have any, or I have to much pairings I like. I can't choose!
Well today we are telling you a few of our favourite ships!

1. Zalfie
Also known as  Zoë Sugg (Zoella) and Alfie Deyes (Pointlessblog). I (Michelle) have been into Youtube for a long time, now i'm kinda obsessed. You may have seen one of our blogs about my favourite Youtubers (there is gonna be a part two ;) ) so check that out haha.
Zoella and Pointlessblog are two famous Youtubers. And well people have been shipping them for a looooong time. There always kinda was a connection, when they actually where canon (we already knew it would happen) it was so cute. Zoë made a blogpost about it and they told them there it was official.

2.  Percabeth
I (Michelle again) have been loving the Percy Jackson books! I have read them so many times, like every book 5 times... Well the main ship is Percabeth! Percy and Annabeth. Yes they are cute, and yes any argument is invalid. But really tho they have saved each other lives plenty of times and they weren't even in a relationship than. Oh and every Perachel (Percy and Rachel) shippers... No just no! Perachel #ICan't it's so weird and no PERCABETH FOR EVER.

3. Romione
Romione was actually one of my first ships! Really they are so cute together. And when J.K Rowling said that she regretted that she wrote Ron and Hermione in a relationship and she rather wrote Harry and Hermione in a relationship... NO! You didn't made a mistake. Well Hermione and Harry I can kinda understand but Dramione (Draco and Hermione)? Eeh that is weird . I'm sorry for the Dramione shippers but I really don't understand.

4. Hazel and Gus
I (Chayenne) Loved 'The Fault in our Stars' (I know Michelle did as well), most of all Hazel and Gus! Their just so cute! Since the beginning of the story you can feel they are just meant to be. It's so obvious! So you will ship them immediately <3 They are so funny together and when they become canon is just like "Finally!". All you want to do is read how they love eachother more and when the're in Amsterdam. Just read the book! You will love Hazel and Gus ;)

5. Fourtris
So we loved Divergent for a very long time. And well our main ship of course were Four and Tris. They are to cute together. But really Allegiant? There to ruin the party.. Well go sit in a corner and think about what you've done. Really... But well they didn't start really good, unless you count throwing knives at a girl helps you get the girl... No? That's what I thought. But after a while Four a.k.a Tobias starts to melt. And BAM romance.

6. Clace
Clace (Jace and Clary) is adorable. But they have been trough some stuff! I mean when they really started to like each other (SPOILER!!!!!!!!! MASSIVE SPOILER ALERT BEE-DOO-BEE-DOO) they found out that they where brother and sister. Well that's a good start of a relationship #sarcasm.
What happens next? Well you gotta find out yourself, just pick up the damn book. And don't wait for the movie... Really! The movie is always bad when you compare it with the books. Just look at Percy Jackson #WORSTMOVIEVER if it wasn't from a book, it was a fun movie. But when you actual read the book, well than the people who made the movie are just a couple of dam pansy's. (See what I did there with dam? Percy Jackson fans know *wink*)
But yeah I kinda trailed of.... Clace is cute!!!!!

7.  Delena
Well Stefan and Elena are cute but Damon and Elena are just sexy!
I mean really Stelena (?), all about feelings and that kind of stuff. While Delena is just about steamy make out sessions. Yes they really do care about each other!

8. Janya
And here we are again folks, back to Youtubers. I'm sorry I just can't help it. Tanya Burr and Jim Chapman are now engaged!!! So cute. They really are adorable. There really isn't much left to say, they are just cute okay haha.

9. Spoby
Spencer and Toby is my (Michelle) favourite couple from the hit show Pretty Little Liars. They are adorable!
I love them so much together! Yes they had there ups and downs but don't we all? No relationship is perfect.
Even in books they aren't perfect, that says a lot. There are also books of Pretty Little Liars but the tv show is completely different. So Toby and Spencer aren't even together in the books. Spoby actually comes from the actors. The director saw what kind of connection they had together and the director decided that he would make them a couple on the show. Cute right?


10. Beremy
Back to The Vampire Diaries again! Bonnie and Jeremy my OTP from the serie! I like Beremy the best out of the whole cast! They are just so cute omg #ICan't even asgdjffsda!
I really love them together, every time something cute happens my heart skips a beat!
After all that they have been through really, true love!

Percy Jackson

Hi guys, today a post about Percy Jackson.
All the Percy Jackson fans out there probably understand when I talk about October 19th, because that's when the next and last book will be released. Blood of Olympus. Yes, I am very excited and no I can't wait.
So in honor of the Percy Jackson books I (Michelle) am going to talk about the books and the bad movies. Because well they were horrible.

I have nothing bad to say about the books, I mean they are amazing. They are funny, they are never boring and you'll learn a lot. Not like in textbooks, but really fun learning without you knowing that you're learning. And Percy is a really funny character, he's just so sassy. And Percy and Annabeth are adorable together.
I was in love (still am) with the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series and when I found out there was another series after the first books, I was thrilled. Yes, I am talking about the Heroes of Olympus series. The new characters are great! The only thing that I miss, is the funny chapter names. Now it's just the person narrating and the Greek number. But besides that, amazing!
Now I have heard that in the new book (Blood of Olympus) only 2 of the 7 survives and no I am not happy. Mather of fact when I heard it, I felt like crying in a corner, with a bucket of ice cream. What if Percabeth dies? Or Jasiper? Or Frazel? Or Leo??? I mean I seriously can't handle that! But we will have to see...
Maybe it isn't true...:)

Now about the movies... I don't wanna start a rant but really the movies are a joke... So many things that aren't right. First of all the persons who plays Percy and Annabeth don't look 12. Annabeth has brown hair in the movies. The never said Seaweedbrain or Wise Girl to each other. Annabeth didn't say: "You drool in your sleep". Grover isn't a ginger in the movies. And well the whole plot is different. I mean if I count all the mistakes it'll be over a hundred. Like someone should have stand next to the director and every time the director said: "Let's change that!" the person should have slapped him with a Percy Jackson book!
But well every movie sucks compared to the books. #TheBooksAreAlwaysBetter
I even have a button for that. And don't judge a book by it's movie.
